OMG, It's Valentines Day, 2013. It has been over a year since I posted anything. How the heck am I ever going to find time to write a book, when I can't even find time to write in my blog. I need something to remind me. Maybe I should set an alarm on my phone to remind me to post something, anything. So much has happened in the last year, Mikey retired, we moved home to Flushing, MI, we have been camping more than we have been home. We took a trip to Iowa this past fall, and then in December, Mikey's oldest twin daughter had a baby boy. So now we have 2 grandsons :) We also took our RV trailer to Silver Springs, Florida for the winter. And, this week we bought an old 1982 35 Ft. trailer in the RV Park that we are camping in. It has a sunroom, a out building for laundry and storage. We hope to take possession early March so that we can set it up for us to come back down next winter. We are loving the warm weather and the NO Snow. Today has been the nastiest day so far, it only got up to 63* and it rained all day. It is suppose to be cold this weekend, and maybe a freeze warning, but it will warm up again. We plan on leaving the end of March to head our way back up to Michigan for the summer. We will take the long way home, thru Alabama, Tennessee and Illinois, need to go see that new grandson again before we head home. We are hoping to find a place to park our RV next fall on our way down to Florida so that we can save a little gas coming and going. We love our RV, but the price of gas in really high to travel too far. We plan to stop on our way and visit Wanda (Winter) who lives in Erin, Tennessee. Which is west of Nashville. I haven't seen her in over 40 years!!Oh My!! The RV Park, Tall Timbers is music friendly, omg, they have 3 jams a week and Mikey is helping with dulcimer lessons on Monday mornings, and we have been going to a uke jam on Fridays. This week, tomorrow actually there is a talent show, and we are going to play a couple of tunes. Next week is a dog show, and I'm gonna dress Molly up in her pink and reds and show her little patoot off. It will be fun!! My grandson is going to be 4 Memorial weekend this year!! OMG, how the time flies. I miss him so much down here, but he doesn't like to skype, He wants to see me in person, so I guess I will have to spend some quality time with him this summer. This is the first year that I didn't do a Xmas Letter ever. Time got away from me, and we had some crap going on, like I fell and bruised my right ribs really bad, Glen has another bout of congestive heart failure and Timmy had to have his defibrillator battery changed again. I can see that he is gettting weaker and weaker. Not sure how much long he is going to be able to live the life that he has been living. His lifestyle is catching up with him. Connie is having health issues too, and she may have to have heart surgery in the summer to fix some leaky valves. Lloydie and Jessica, filed for divorce, but they have decided to try it again. I wish them good luck, and Myranda is going to have a baby, so I'm gonna be a Great Aunt again!! Well, hopefully, I will get this up and going a reg basis. I'm gonna try to start writing the chapters that I have already titled. It will be fun to put them into words. I hope that it works out so other people will be able to read them and chuckle. take care, Kathe'

Wow, sometimes you see stuff and you go, WOW!! I started selling on eBay back in June 2005. Tonight I found a new thing that eBay is showing in our Seller Dashboard. I think it is pretty neat and I thought that I would share it with you. I'm always getting asked how much have I sold on eBay. Well, this is it broken down.

Since, 6-22-2005, I have sold $83,447.43. I have had 5909 transactions. That ...is worldwide. It averages out to $14.12 per sale. It hasn't quite been 7 years, but it you divide it by 7 years, it equals out to 844 transactions a year or 16 transaction a week. I think that is pretty cool, because my goal is to list 16 plus items a week. Some weeks less and some weeks more. So, I'm almost selling everything that I list!! :) So, there is some eBay trivia for you!!

New Phone

Well, I got this new phone about a month ago, and well, it's like my hair after I first wash it. I can't do a dang thing with it!! LOL, or at least I'm learning to do something with it. It has been a little confusing. I tried to sign into my Google acct. and it made me make a new one, so I figured that my blog would still be on my old one, but it looks like after a month of messing around, I found out that I can sync it up with my old email address??? So, not sure if I will be able to log into my blog from my phone. LOL, and then, I just got used to using my thumbs to text and type and my new phone, LOL, not happening there. I am trying to use the swipe mode, but it spells funny things, and the voice recognition, must think I have a Yupper accent, because it really types some funny things. Oh, well, I love technology when it works right. And, I'm sure it is more a user problem, than a phone problem. But, I am learning new things, all the time, so it is a process!! I did learn how to set up a hot spot, so I can have Wifi where I need it. It has worked great so far. Let's see how it works, when we actually start traveling. Wish me luck!!

Facebook is really getting on my nerve!! LOL

Okay, so everyone is upset with FB, well if that was the only crappy thing going on in my life, WOW, I'd be a happy camper. I'll give you a short summary...2 lost cks, totaling $1400.00, 2 OD fees of $29.00 each, 1 phone call to CU, 1 email to CU to transfer money from my brothers acct to mine until I find the 2 lost cks, $3.00 transfer fee, 1 OD fee taken off. Yeah, thought I was done with that, then got alert from other acct that my OD back up account had transfer money into that acct!! OMG....anything else. Hell no, well yeah, maybe!! My brother Timmy's defib's been going off again, but he is in denial that it is a real problem!! LOL....when are people gonna learn that you can't make someone do something they really don't want to do? His friend that he rents a room from is worried that he is going to die, which he could, but that is his decision. I told him that if he doesn't want to be the one to find him dead in his bed, to tell him he has to find another place to stay. It isn't his job to watch him!! Sounds cruel doesn't it? Well, if you know Timmy, you understand! I love him as much as any sister can love her brother, but sometimes I'd like to hit him in the head with a hammer, just to get his attention. Well, I don't have to do that anymore, because God is doing it for me. When your defib is shocking you so hard that it knocks you off your bar stool, maybe it is time to quit drinking!! Ya think? Well, he can't quit drinking, or chooses not to, and it probably is too late to reverse the damages that he has done to his heart! So, we as family will sit and fret until his expiration date comes up and God says, "Tim, I'm not playing with you anymore"....come on home!!!
